On September 24, 2001, a Notice of Violation was issued for a Severity Level III violation involving the failure to secure from unauthorized removal or limit access to licensed material in an unrestricted area and failure to control and maintain constant surveillance of licensed material. A Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty in the amount of $17,600 was also issued in conjunction with this case (see EA 99-290 ).
